Design

Microtechnic organized its design activities into two poles. The first is in charge of the design of technical parts, with the customer, while the second focuses on the design of production processes (injection and assembly).
 
Parts design - Co–design
 
Over the past 10 years, MICROTECHNIC has participated in the design of more than 600 parts and sub -assemblies, in sectors as diverse as automotive, electronics, and home domotics.
 
Supported by design software such as CATIA V5 , our engineers are able to provide fast and accurate answers.
 
They help to design a part or a function from the information provided by the customer as for example: specifications, list of requirements, etc.
 
Following the needs analysis, our engineers are working to provide a skillful and practical advice about the best available technical options:

  • Taking into account the constraints of plastics
  • Choice of materials due to their properties and their transformation
  • Realization de prototypes and/or 3D models, using stereolithography

Design of processes

MICROTECHNIC provides project management of production processes in order to perform mass production.
This project management includes:

  • The realization of injection tools, and their set up on the presses used in mass production
  • The realization and set up of assembly and tools

MICROTECHNIC can rely on an efficient metrology laboratory.
 
The development framework of the production processes is the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), resulting from the application of ISO TS 16949.
